Blanc de Blancs Perpétuel 2023
A blend of seven crus from the Côte des Blancs. Fifty percent aged on fine lees in stainless-steel tank, fifty percent in oak foudre — including twenty percent from a perpetual Grand Cru reserve started in 2020. Every release literally carries an atom of previous generations within it.

Champagne Agrapart Avize is the independent project of Fabrice Agrapart, Johanna Bertilsson Stephen and Emmanuel Turpin. From Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, they are building a new chapter — with deep respect for four generations of heritage and a clear contemporary vision of terroir and vinification.

In the cellar of Agrapart Avize, everything revolves around minimal intervention and maximum expression of provenance. Spontaneous fermentation, ageing in old oak, no filtration. The wine is not made — it is guided.
